• All information pertaining to ZikRme — including plans, customer data, pricing, source code, and UI designs — is strictly confidential.
• Disclosure of internal information to third parties, in any form, is prohibited.
• Violation results in immediate termination and legal action.

• All work produced — designs, code, strategies, content — is the sole property of ZikRme.
• You hold no ownership rights over any company asset created during your engagement.
• Unauthorized reproduction or transfer of company assets is strictly prohibited.

• All assigned tasks must be completed within stipulated deadlines.
• Negligence, insubordination, or ignoring instructions constitutes professional misconduct.
• Repeated failure to meet obligations may result in termination without prior notice.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Engaging with competitor platforms during your active role
• Misuse of company resources, tools, or access privileges
• Submitting false reports or manipulating work records
• Any violation results in instant termination.

• Professional and respectful communication is required at all times.
• Disrespectful, offensive, or toxic behavior carries a zero-tolerance policy.
• Internal matters, disputes, or sensitive information must not be disclosed or discussed publicly.

Consistent activity, task reporting, and responsiveness are mandatory. Unexcused absence or inactivity follows a structured consequence process:

Written Warning → Temporary Suspension → Permanent Termination

• Login credentials are personal and must not be shared with any third party.
• Any suspicious or unauthorized activity must be reported to the team immediately.
• You bear full responsibility for all actions performed through your account.

• ZikRme reserves the right to revoke workspace access without prior notice.
• Serious violations may result in civil or criminal legal proceedings.
• ZikRme may seek financial recovery for any demonstrable loss caused by your actions.

You are required to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws during your engagement with ZikRme WorkSpace. Any illegal activity conducted under your role or through platform access is your personal legal liability. ZikRme will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities when required.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement.

By continuing your role or accessing ZikRme WorkSpace, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of all terms outlined in this document. No separate signature or confirmation is required beyond continued use.
